We photograph a home thoroughly, inside and out, and add creative images of the most charming details of the property.
Digital image files are edited, enhanced, and delivered within 48 hours.
We look for the unique charm of each property for the best images, whether your goal is to sell or rent the location. When the view is important we are careful to be sure the lighting inside includes the view outside! We’ll even photograph the nearby beach or scenic marsh or pond. Whatever you know adds value to the property. In editing we correct the distortion by aligning vertical lines, and retouch some distracting objects. When staging or landscaping is not sufficient, we can provide additional re-imaging for $15 per shot.
Photography Costs
-for each house or building up to 12 rooms, including secondary spaces. ; Locations Hyannis to Wellfleet
$145– MLS, Beautifully lit and framed images to show size and nature of spaces interior and exterior.
$185– Rental Marketing- aesthetically pleasing images of furnished spaces, interior and/or exterior.
Off Cape work requires an estimate. Cape locations north of Wellfleet and west of Hyannis- Add $25
Service Add-Ons:
Staging help– moving furniture, boxes, distracting items, making beds, etc. (You provide the props) – $35
Rush Delivery within 12 hours – $50.00
The cost includes a full set of refined images sent via Drop Box within 48 hours. Payment is requested before product delivery.
